As educational contexts grow increasingly complex, the need for pedagogically grounded, ethical, and teacher-driven technology design has never been more urgent</span></span><br /><span><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">About the Special Issue</span></span><span><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">Traditionally, educational technologies have been developed through top-down approaches that offer limited flexibility for educators. This special issue challenges that model by foregrounding teachers as </span><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight:700">learning experience designers</span><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"> who actively shape, adapt, and evaluate AI-supported tools.
